REGULATION

ARTFreelance nasce nel febbraio 2009 ed è un progetto di condivisione fotografica internazionale che utilizza Facebook, Google plus, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr VISUAL  per garantire la massima visibilità delle vostre opere fotografiche ed a supporto i domini artfreelance.me/it/eu/org/net.

La condivisione avviene tramite l'inserimento di foto nella pagina ARTFreelance di Facebook, è completamente gratuita e senza fini di lucro anche indiretto.

Accettando la presente iniziativa si autorizza la Redazione di ARTFreelance a pubblicare le foto che avranno superato la selezione negli album di Facebook, e negli spazi de sito esterno ARTFreelance ed i link delle stesse nei vari Solcial, specificando il nome dell'autore e la proprietà esclusiva dell'opera fotografica.
Si autorizza inoltre Stefania Lastoria a pubblicare nel suo blog le fotografie scelte con rispettiva poesia.
La " Pagina Artfreelance" è ad accesso libero, è sufficiente avere un account in Facebook e cliccare sul "mi piace" per accedere e visualizzare tutti i contenuti.
Con la nuova grafica delle pagine di Facebook, è stato modificato anche il sistema di caricamento delle foto su ARTFreelance per gli autori. Ora la procedura da seguire è la seguente: sia per pubblicare che per visualizzare le foto inserite, occorre cliccare sul pulsante posto al centro sotto l'intestazione, dove si trova scritto "in evidenza" si apre un menù a tendina e a quel punto si deve selezionare la dicitura "post di altri" per poi procedere al post, oppure dal sito esterno selezionare dal menù sulla sx la voce "Post your photo on facebook". Si ricorda  inoltre a tutti gli autori di condividere subito dopo il post la foto sul proprio profilo per una facile visualizzazione futura.

Una volta iscritti bisogna seguire le semplici regole e confermare via mail le iniziative ed il regolamento di ARTFreelance scrivendo alla seguente mail Admin@artfreelance.net specificando "accetto l'iniziativa".

Prima di inserire una qualsiasi fotografia o lasciare dei commenti è necessario leggere attentamente il regolamento:

1) Si può inserire al massimo una foto al giorno per utente
2) Le foto devono essere inserite nella Pagina direttamente dal proprio hard disk e non dagli album dei profili personali o da altri supporti quali smartphone o similari.
3) E' vietato inserire foto "taggate" ed è cura dell'utente fare in modo che altri non si "tagghino" da soli sulla foto. In tal caso sarà l'utente stesso a chiedere ai propri contatti di togliere il tag pena la rimozione della foto.
4) Sono consentiti solamente commenti inerenti la fotografia visionata e non di tipo privato e stile chat, inoltre è gradita la massima educazione e non saranno tollerati commenti offensivi, a sfondo polemico e che giudicheranno i commenti degli altri utenti. E' vietato scrivere in caratteri maiuscoli e siete pregati di evitare di inserire simboli all'interno del commento stesso. Gli amministratori si riservano la facoltà di cancellare in ogni momento i commenti ritenuti non opportuni.
5) Devono essere rispettate tutte le regole dettate da Facebook in merito alla "tipologia di foto" da inserire. Sono assolutamente vietate foto di nudo, cruente o a sfondo politico e ovviamente tutti i generi di foto offensive e che ritraggano minori in pose giudicate non idonee. Per le foto di nudo la redazione seguirà alla lettera le indicazioni del regolamento di Facebook a cui avete dato l'accettazione al momento dell'iscrizione e si ritiene libera di cancellare senza alcun preavviso le foto non giudicate idonee
6) La foto postata deve essere di proprietà esclusiva dell'autore altrimenti l'utente sarà bannato in maniera permanente.
7) E' vietato scrivere messaggi di qualsiasi tipo sulla bacheca. Per qualsiasi questione scrivere alla mail Admin@artfreelance.net o lasciare un messaggio agli amministratori sull'apposita area della Pagina.
8) La Redazione si riserva la facoltà di cancellare commenti offensivi, giudicati non idonei alla filosofia del Gruppo e i messaggi in bacheca non autorizzati.
9) Gli iscritti alla Pagina con "nickname" dovranno specificare, all'inserimento di ogni foto, il loro vero nome e cognome e confermarlo una sola volta scrivendo alla mail admin@artfreelance.net , altrimenti le loro foto non potranno in alcun modo essere pubblicate negli spazi ARTFreelance.
10) E' consentito inserire "link" nella descrizione del post esclusivamente in merito alla foto in alta risoluzione, di pagine o siti esterni di proprietà dell'autore inerenti il mondo della fotografia .
Non sarà invece ammesso inserire "link" che riportino a pagine esterne e/o siti commerciali di qualsiasi tipo. E' consigliabile, al fine di avere ordine nella bacheca del gruppo, inserire al massimo due link.
La Redazione si riserverà in qualsiasi momento di vagliare i link allegati e cancellare la foto se gli stessi non rispetteranno le caratteristiche sopra elencate.
11) La Redazione si riserva la facoltà di cancellare eventualmente dalla bacheca le foto che non risultassero avere gli standard minimi di qualità richiesti dal progetto di condivisione. Potranno inoltre essere cancellate le foto con scritte e cornici troppo invasive e con il lato max inferiore ai 720 pixel e con loghi all'interno dell'immagine stessa. La foto cancellata non potrà essere sostituita con un'ulteriore immagine nell'arco della giornata stessa.
Per qualsiasi questione rivolgersi esclusivamente alla mail admin@artfreelance.net
12) E' vietato una volta inserita la foto in ARTFreelance cancellarla e ripostarla nuovamente.
13) Il giorno successivo dell'inserimento delle foto i Gruppi di  Redazione pubblicheranno sulla bacheca della Pagina le foto pre-selezionate . L'iter  completo delle pubblicazioni  lo troverete di seguito.
14) Data la forte presenza di autori stranieri provenienti da tutte le parti del mondo, si chiede cortesemente agli stessi di scrivere e lasciare commenti in inglese, lingua ufficialmente riconosciuta come internazionale e di facile comprensione per la maggior parte degli iscritti.
Si consiglia a tutti gli autori della Pagina di realizzare un album sui propri profili dal nome "Le mie foto in ARTFreelance"o similare  con i doppioni delle foto postate nella pagina per mantenere una memoria storica delle foto pubblicate.

Ogni violazione a queste semplici regole comporterà la cancellazione della foto senza alcun preavviso.
Gli ADMIN si riservano la facoltà di bannare gli utenti che persevereranno in atteggiamenti contraddittori, polemici ed in violazione al regolamento
La redazione ARTFreelance si riserva la facoltà di cambiare in qualsiasi momento il regolamento previa comunicazione agli utenti.

METODO PRE-SELEZIONI - VOTING  E PUBBLICAZIONI
Inserimento fotografie nella pagina ARTFreelance di Facebook

1) Le foto (massimo una al giorno) andranno inserite con un lato minimo di 800 pixel, prive di cornice, con scritte discrete e prive di qualsiasi logo. E' gradita una dimensione tra gli  800 ai 950 pixel per lato massimo.
2) Le foto dovranno essere di proprietà esclusiva dell'autore e dovrà essere specificato se la post risulta essere di un altro autore.
3) Gli iscritti al Gruppo con "nickname" dovranno inserire al momento del post della foto il loro vero nome e cognome nel titolo della foto e specificare una sola volta, scrivendo alla mail admin@artfreelance.net il loro nome e cognome, altrimenti le loro foto non potranno in alcun modo essere pubblicate in ARTFreelance.net  anche se potranno comunque essere pre-selezionate.
4) Le foto che non rispetteranno i punti 1) 2) e 3) anche se segnalate e/o pre-selezionate non saranno in alcun modo pubblicate o poste in evidenza.

Iter di pubblicazione

1) PRE-SELEZIONI
Il giorno successivo dell'inserimento della vostra foto nella Pagina, Il Gruppo ADMIN , il Gruppo Coadiutori  il Gruppo Tutor ed il Gruppo Commentatori  pubblicheranno  sulla bacheca della pagina le foto pre-selezionate ed il Gruppo ADMIN selezionerà la foto del giorno.
2) PUBBLICAZIONI SU ARTFREELANCE
Periodicamente la foto del giorno ed alcune tra le migliori pre-selezionate andranno in pubblicazione diretta e visibili nello spazio "ultimi inserimenti" nella Home del sito esterno.
3) Dalle foto pubblicate in ARTFreelance.net, periodicamente saranno scelte le TOP Photos che saranno pubblicate successivamente in ARTFreelance TOP Photos.
4) Periodicamente Roberto Nencini e Stefania Lastoria evidenzieranno nella Home della Pagina il miglior commento, dando così evidenza agli autori che si distingueranno per le loro capacità di lettura fotografica.

Avranno maggiore possibilità di pubblicazioni le foto senza scritte e cornici e le foto degli autori più attivi e per "ATTIVI" si intendono tutti gli utenti che contribuiscono alla crescita e allo sviluppo del Gruppo con commenti ed opere di condivisione.
Sarà escluso dalle pubblicazioni e da qualsiasi evidenza il Gruppo ADMIN

SI RICORDA CHE NON TUTTE LE FOTO PRE-SELEZIONATE SARANNO AUTOMATICAMENTE PUBBLICATE POICHE' SI DOVRA' MANTENERE UN NUMERO CONTENUTO DI PUBBLICAZIONI DI ELEVATA QUALITA'.
Per ogni chiarimento contattare esclusivamente la mail admin@artfreelance.net oppure l'apposito spazio messaggi situato nella pagina di Facebook.



Englisch version

ARTFreelance was born in February 2009 and is a project of international photo sharing using Facebook, Google Plus and Twittrr to ensure the maximum emphasis to your photographs. As support the domains artfreelance.net / it / eu, ARTFreelance Forum and other spaces and sub-domains under construction.
Sharing is done by inserting pictures into ARTFreelance page on Facebook, it is completely free and non-profit, even indirectly.
By accepting this initiative ARTFreelance Editorial Staff will be allowed to publish photos having passed the selection in Facebook albums, in the external site ARTFreelance.net/it  as well as in ARTFreelance Forum, specifying the name of the author and his/her sole ownership of the photographic work.
Stefania Lastoria  is also authorized to publish selected picture chosen with respective poem in her blog.
In addition, users authorize to publish on ARTFreelance page on Google Plus Top Photos Albums of those authors with more than 4 highlighted photographs.
ARTFreelance page is open, all you need is a Facebook  account and click on "like button" to enter  and view all contents.
With the new design of Facebook pages, the system of uploading photos on ARTfreelance page has been modified as well.
The procedure is as follows: in order to upload photos as well as to view posted ones please click the button placed in the center below the header, where the writing "in evidenza" can be found. A pull-down menu will open and you must select the caption "post di altri", then you must continue as usual.
Another way for uploading photos is from the external site: selecting from the menu on the right of the heading "Upload your photos". Please don't forget to share the posted photo on personal account immediately after having uploaded it in order to have an easy future viewing.

Once registered you have to follow the simple rules and confirm by e-mail  ARTFreelance initiatives amd Regulation by writing to the following email Admin@artfreelance.net, stating "I accept the initiative."

Before inserting any photograph or leaving comments you must read carefully the following rules:
1) One single photo a day per user can be uploaded
2) Photos must be uploaded  in the page directly from user's hard disk and not from the album of personal accounts or other media such as smartphones or similar.
3) It's forbidden to upload photos with tag and the user have to make sure that other people don't tag themselves on the picture. In this case the user himself/herself will have to ask his/her friend at risk of removing the photo.
4) Only comments about the viewed photograph are allowed. Private and chat-like comments are forbidden.  Utmost  politeness is welcomed and offensive comments will not be tolerated, as well as  polemic  comments and judgments of comments written by other author. It is also forbidden to write in capital letters and please avoid inserting symbols and emoticons inside the comment itself. Administrators will reserve the right to remove comments deemed undesirable at any time.
5) All the rules set out by Facebook about the "type of picture" to be posted must be respected. Nudes, bloody or photos about politics are absolutely forbidden, as well as all kinds of offensive photos that depict children in poses deemed inappropriate. For what concerns nudes The Editorial Staff will excatly follow the Rules of Facebook that you accepted at the time of your registration and will be free to cancel without notice the picture deemed unsuitable.
6) The photos posted must be of exclusive property of the author or the user will be permanently banned.
7) It is forbidden to write messages of any kind on the noticeboard. For any issue please  write to the email Admin@artfreelance.net mail or leave a message for administrators on the appropriate area of the page.
8) The Staff reserves the right to delete offensive comments, judged unsuitable for the Group philosophy as well as any unauthorized message on the showcase.
9) The subscriber to the page using a nickname have to specify his/her real name at any uploading and confirm it once writing an e-mail to adminartfreelance.net , otherwise his/her photos won't be allowed in any way for publication in ARTfreelance spaces.
10) In the description of the posted photo it is allowed to insert only links of the photo in high resolution as well as links to external pages or sites about photography owned by the author. It won't be allowed to insert links of external pages and/or commercial websites of any kind. In order to keep order in the showcase of the group it is advisable to insert  two links at most.
The Staff will reserve to consider the attached links and delete the photos if these don't  meet the characteristics listed above.
11) The Staff reserve the right to remove from the showcase those photos that don't have the minimum standards of quality demanded by the project of sharing. Moreover, photos having too invasive frames or writings or having the wider side  less than 700 pixel , as well as photos with logos inside the picture itself, will be deleted. The deleted photo can't be replaced by another one within the same day. For any question please send an e-mail  only to admin@artfreelance.net.
12) Once a photo is posted it's absolutely forbidden  to delete it and post it again.
13) The day after the uploading of photos the Groups of the Editorial Staff will publish the pre-selected photos on the page. You will find the complete procedure of publication below.
14) Given the strong presence of foreign authors from all over the world, the latter ones are kindly requested to write and leave comments in English, language officially recognized as lingua franca and well understood by most members.
We recommend all authors of the page to create an album on their personal account called "My Photos in ARTFreelance" or similar with the duplicate of photos posted on the page to keep a historical record of them.
Any violation of these rules will entail a deletion of  the photo without notice.
ADMINS reserve the right to ban users who persevere in contradictory and argumentative attitudes as well as contrary to Regulation.
ARTFreelance Staff Editors reserves the right to change the Regulation at any time subject to communication to the users.

PRE-SELECTION METHOD - VOTING AND PUBLICATIONS
Uploading photos in Artfreelance page on Facebook
1) Photos (maximum one per day) will be inserted with one side a minimum of 800 pixels, unframed, with discrete signature and without any logo. Photos having a size between 800 to 950 pixels per side maximum are welcomed.
2) Photographs must be of  exclusive property of the author and please specify  if post production turns out to be made by a different author .
3) Members  of the group having a "nickname" will have to specify the real name and surname in the title when posting a picture of their real name and surname in the title of the photo and confirm them once, writing to admin@artfreelance.net mail or their photos will not be published ARTFreelance.net ,even though they may still be pre-selected.
4) Photos not meeting  the points 1) 2) and 3) even if distinguished  and/or pre-selected will not be published or highlighted in any way.
Procedure of publication
1) PRE-SELECTIONS
The day after the upload of your photos in the page, ADMIN Group, Coadjutors Group, Tutor Group and Commentators Group will publish the pre-selected photos on the homepage. ADMIN Group will choose the Photo of the Day.
2) PUBLICATIONS AND VOTING ON ARTFREELANCE.NET
Every two or three days the Photo of the Day and some of the best pre-selected photos will be directly published  to be viewed in the section "Recent Entries" in the Homepage of the external site. The other pre-selected pictures may be included in the Voting  to be generally made every three days (the three winning photos to be published on ARTFreelance.net).
Other photos not published and not visible in Voting will finish their procedure  as pre-selections.
3) From the photos published in ARTFreelance.net the ADMIN Group will periodically choose TOP Photos to be later published in ARTFreelance TOP Photos, to be commented and shared separately and always in consideration of  the maximum emphasis.
4) Periodically Roberto Nencini and Stefania Lastoria will highlight the Best Comment on the Home page, giving  stress  to those authors who distinguish for their ability to read photographs.
Photos without writings, big signature or frames will have more chance to be published, as well as photos by the most active authors, where "ACTIVE" means all users who contribute to the growth and development of the group with comments and sharing.
The ADMIN Group will be excluded from the publications and any highlight.

MISCELLANEOUS

PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL PRE-SELECTED PICTURES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PUBLISHED SINCE A LIMITED NUMBER OF FIRST RATE PHOTOS MUST BE KEPT.
